SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
Order Processing Time
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Most custom, embroidered, or personalized items are made when ordered.
Standard production time is up to 2 weeks, depending on design complexity and order size.
If additional time is needed due to embroidery detail or volume,
we will communicate your estimated timeline directly after reviewing your order.
Ready-to-Go / Ready to Ship Items
Items marked Ready to Ship or Ready to Go will be prepared for shipping or pickup within
up to 5 business days.
Academy Orders (Including IVC Fire Academy)
Academy uniform orders do not follow the standard 2-week production timeline.
These orders are produced together as a group and follow:

The posted order cut-off date, and
-
The scheduled delivery date arranged with the academy or college.
Orders placed during the open order window are delivered together on the arranged date.
No early pickup. No individual rush orders.
No size changes once production starts.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the most reliable and cost-effective method at the time of shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping location.
Once a package has been scanned by the carrier, 11 Crew is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages

Delivery issues
Customers must contact the carrier directly for tracking or delivery concerns.

1. 8th & Main Marketplace (Retail + Pickup)

2. Seven Six Zero Salon (Self-Serve Locker Pickup + Scheduled Pop-Ups)
11 Crew rents space inside Seven Six Zero Salon, where Azúcar & Muave Coffee Co also operates.
This location uses a self-serve locker system for pre-paid online order pickup.
How Locker Pickup Works:

Visit during the pickup hours below.

Enter your code. Retrieve your order.
No counter pickup. No check-in. No staff interaction required.
Pickup Hours (Follow Azúcar & Muave Coffee Co schedule):

Monday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

After Pickup
Once an order has been picked up from a locker or collected from 8th & Main,
custody transfers to the customer.
11 Crew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items after pickup.
